Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

These terms govern authorized use of ACH-Connect provided by RazPro LLC (“Provider”). Before using the published service, users must have an opportunity to review and accept the applicable terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
License and permitted use
Provider grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use ACH-Connect for their organization's approved accounting work while their access remains active. The software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. You retain your rights in the data you provide and authorize Provider to process it to deliver the service.
Do not use the service without authorization, attempt to bypass access controls, access another organization's data without permission, introduce malicious content, or interfere with the service. Safeguard your individual account and promptly report suspected misuse.
Accounting workflow and responsibility
ACH-Connect processes uploaded bank reports and, when enabled and authorized, creates or updates QuickBooks accounting records. It does not originate ACH transfers, hold funds or replace the bank's transaction records. A QuickBooks payment or deposit record is an accounting entry, not a new transfer of money.
You are responsible for selecting the correct company, activity, accounts, dates and report, and reviewing recipients, amounts, invoice applications and totals before confirming a batch. Investigate warnings, unapplied amounts and duplicate risks. Service outputs support your accounting work and require appropriate review; the software does not independently certify the books or provide legal or tax advice.
Undo and recovery tools must be used only when appropriate for the transaction's actual state. Deleting records already matched or reconciled in QuickBooks can disrupt accounting reconciliation. Disconnecting the app, changing a domain or restoring the app database does not reverse QuickBooks transactions. Contact support when the state of a batch is uncertain rather than blindly reposting it.
Sandbox and third-party services
The sandbox is a test environment. Its records and test results do not establish that live transactions have been posted. Do not assume that an action in one environment also changes the other.
QuickBooks, Google and hosting/authentication providers are separate services with their own terms, availability and requirements. You must maintain necessary subscriptions and permissions. ACH-Connect is an independent application and is not endorsed by Intuit merely because it integrates with QuickBooks. QuickBooks and Intuit marks belong to their respective owners.
Availability, fees and support
Provider may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the service to address operational or security needs. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Fees, support commitments and service levels, if any, are governed by a separate written agreement; these terms do not establish a subscription price.
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Users must have authority to upload and process the information supplied and must comply with applicable obligations to their organizations and affected individuals.
Ending access and retained records
You may stop using the service and request that your access be disabled. Authorized administrators can revoke user access. Provider may suspend access for unauthorized use, security concerns or breach of applicable agreements. Contact support regarding data export, retention or deletion before ending service. Ending access does not erase accounting entries already created in QuickBooks or override legally required retention.
Legal terms and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional warranty, liability, governing-law or dispute terms must be set out in the final approved agreement or a separate applicable service agreement. Material changes to these terms will be communicated with an effective date and any acceptance required by law.
